Joyous screams covered Mandela National Stadium-Namboole as Uganda Cranes beat Cape Verde 1-0 to qualify for the 2019 Total Africa Cup Of Nations to be hosted by Cameroon. Uganda Cranes goal was a fantastic header by Kampala City Council striker Patrick Kaddu in the late minutes of second half.
