The Mighty Edgars Regain Winning Momentum

Two matches to complete the Kampala Region League 2018-19 season. Edgars FC will play St Marys on 1st May 2019 and close with Bweyogerere at Mutesa II stadium on Sunday 5th May 2019.

The last four games have been success three of which were away; Nansana(0:1) , Miracle(0:5) and Blackstar(1:2) plus the latest convincing 3:1 home win against Industrial Area.

Ssempala Abubakar set a pace with 2 goals in the last two consecutive games.

The stunning attacking midfielder Saidi mayanja was on point with 2 goals and 3 assists though suffered an ankle injury during 15th minute of the Industrial Area Match. The team doctor, Lule Drake gave him a four days break implying Mayanja might miss one of the last matches.

Speed merchant Mbaziira Paul scored a hatrick in the game against Miracle FC.

The team has high spirit to win both matches to lengthen their unbeaten run to 6 matches from the former of 5 set in first round of the same season 2018-19.
