Edgars Football Club (EFC) players Mbaziira Paul(MVP 2017) and Kasozi Juma(Team captain) as well as leader of delegation Makanga Peter(Technical Director-Edgars Youth Programme) were flagged off at Edgars Youth Programme main office on Sir Albert Cook Road, Mengo on Tuesday 19th September 2017 to go for professional trials in South Africa.
They were invited by Arcadia Shepherds Football Club for two months following their outstanding performance for EFC that emerged champions of the RDFA in the season 2016/17.
The promising stars set-off from Entebbe International Airport at 17:25 hours aboard Kenya Airways and were warmly received by the host team in South Africa.
